 We moved with our three young children to Daniel Island in 2007 from East Hampton, NY and have enjoyed an incredible journey raising them in the low country.  The beaches, boating, friendly culture, outdoor activities and athletics have helped shaped them into three wonderful young adults. We couldn’t be more happy and proud to call Charleston home!

 Initially licensed in NY, transitioning to real estate in Charleston was exciting for Elke, as she sought out to learn and understand the unique differences between the various areas and markets in the low country. As a multi-market specialist, Elke can serve all clients moving into the low country or moving to another area.

 Nick began his real estate career in East Hampton, NY and quickly became an award-winning top producing agent in an industry-leading real estate company. A desire to lead, develop and help others lead to becoming the Managing Broker of a company-leading office, where he helped develop million-dollar producers.

 Growing up in a four-generation residential construction family business, Nick quickly learned the value of caring for and serving clients, creating “customers for life”. It is fulfilling for him to share years of experience in construction, development, investing and renovation with his clients.
